Text boxes, pictures, tables, backgrounds and speaker notes arrive as editable slides, each in its place.
What comes acrossImport a deck as it stands, edit it with the people who are in it, and present from anywhere, with notes, timer and audience screen included.
No more decks scattered across email attachments, shared drives and someone's desktop. Deck Studio keeps each one in a single place, with its notes, its comments and its history.
Your library is private until you share it. Hand a deck to a colleague by name, send a link, or keep it to yourself.
See how it worksA deck is more than its slides. It's the notes you'll speak from, the people presenting it with you, and the conversation about getting it right.
Deck Studio keeps all of that together, so the day you present, everything is where it should be.
Deck Studio takes your deck as it is and tells you plainly what came across, before you open it.
Text boxes, pictures, tables, backgrounds and speaker notes arrive as editable slides, each in its place.
What comes acrossEvery page becomes a slide, fitted to the screen and ready to present, annotate and comment on.
How PDFs workDecks built as web pages keep their exact design. You edit the words in place and the layout stays as it was.
Editing in placeEverything you need while you're talking, and nothing the room doesn't need to see.
Present from any browser. Jump to any slide mid-talk, or bring out a soft laser pointer for the number that matters.
Your notes, the next slide, the time elapsed and a quiet pacing bar that tells you whether you're ahead or behind.
Notes on your laptop, slides on the projector or the shared window in your video call. Remote viewers can follow along from a link.
Your audience never needs an account, and never sees your speaker notes.
Get early accessNo more “final_v4_RU_edits.pptx”. The deck lives in one place, and the conversation about it lives on the slides.
Leave a note on the slide you mean, and resolve it when it's done.
Editors and viewers, by name or by link. Change it any time.
Name a version before a big change, and restore any of them.
If two people save at once, Deck Studio stops and asks, and keeps both.
Title, section, statement, quote, three figures, comparison and more. Choose a type pairing and a palette, then apply it to one slide or the whole deck.
See the whole deck, select several slides, then drag, duplicate or hide them in one go.
Export slides, a handout with room to write, notes pages, a speaker script, a web page or a full backup.
If the connection drops, keep editing. Changes are held on your computer and sent when you're back.
Drag photos onto a slide, or onto a picture to replace it. They're resized for the screen for you.
Four type pairings and four palettes. Apply them across the deck, and undo puts it all back.
Every action has a shortcut, and everything on a slide can be reached without a mouse.
Every deck starts visible only to you. Share by name or by link, and take it back any time.
View and audience links never include your speaker notes, and hidden slides stay hidden.
Every deck and saved version is copied daily, and the last fourteen copies are kept.
Export any deck as a PDF, a web page or a full backup whenever you like.
Deck Studio is opening to a small number of people and teams first. Add your details and we'll write when there's a place for you. Decky will keep it warm.
Yes. Import a PowerPoint file (.pptx), a PDF, or an HTML deck. PowerPoint slides come across as editable text, pictures, tables and backgrounds, with their speaker notes. HTML decks keep their exact design. PDF pages come across as pictures, one per slide.
Before you open the deck you see a short review of what came across. Charts and SmartArt aren't read yet, so the review tells you which slides to paste them back into as pictures.
People who edit with you or leave comments need an account of their own. People watching you present don't: an audience link opens in any browser with no sign-in, and follows along as you move through the slides.
Yes, from any modern browser. Present full-screen, open speaker view for notes and a timer, or use two screens: notes on yours, slides on the projector or the shared window in your video call.
Keep working. Changes that can't reach the server are held on your computer, even if you close the tab or the laptop, and offered back the next time you open the deck.
You'll see each other at the top of the deck and on the slide you're on. If two people save the same deck over each other, Deck Studio stops and asks rather than quietly overwriting anyone. You can keep both versions.
Whenever you like. Export slides as a PDF, a handout with room to write, notes pages, a speaker script, a standalone web page that runs offline, or a full backup file.
You can read, comment and present from a phone or tablet. Building and editing slides is most comfortable on a laptop or desktop.
Deck Studio is opening by invitation first. We'll share pricing with everyone on the early-access list before anything changes, and you can always export everything you've made.
